The program is on a first come, first serve basis and a waiting list will be implemented if we exceed our daily limits. We urge you to get the forms back as soon as possible to secure your spot in our program!

Welcome to the A.C.E. Before and After School Program serving families of River Vale, Hillsdale, Emerson and Norwood.

SMITH FAMILIES-PLEASE NOTE: THE FOLLOWING DAYS ARE ON A WAITING LIST: MONDAY/TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY/THURSDAY AFTERNOONS. FRIDAY IS OPEN AS WELL AS BEFORE CARE.

Below you will find an attachment with your district name. Please click on the link to view our registration forms.

The packet is 30 pages; however, you will only be submitting 5-6 pages (all noted on the first page of the packet).

No faxed/scanned/emailed forms will be accepted. You can mail or drop off at the office (172 Broadway, Suite 210 Woodcliff Lake, 07677). If you hand deliver, please be sure you come to the back building. Our mailbox says River Vale Educational Fund. If you are in the front building, you will not see the company name on the box.

A few things to keep in mind when filling out the forms:
*1-PLEASE FOLLOW ALL DIRECTIONS ON THE FIRST PAGE-THIS TELLS YOU WHICH FORMS WE NEED BACK FOR A COMPLETED ENROLLMENT
2-You can put all children on one form-just please note which child has allergies if applicable
3-You will receive a confirmation email once the forms have been received for your records
4-If paying by card, please note if it is a debit or credit card

All payment information is noted in the packet and details on submitting payment can be found on the first page of the packet.
