Before and After School Registration Forms 2019-2020
The A.C.E. Before and After School registration is now underway for the 2019-2020 school year.
We are pleased to announce once again, we have not raised the monthly rates. We are still offering tier pricing and you can pay in full (based on 10 months) and receive a 10% discount. Please see policies in the parent handbook.
- Please mail forms to: RVEF 172 Broadway, Back Building-Suite 210 Woodcliff Lake, NJ 07677. No faxed or scanned forms will be accepted!
–If paying by check: you must include Registration fee (one per family, not child) and September tuition payment, made payable to: RVEF.
- If paying by credit card: Registration fee will be processed when forms are received by the office. September tuition will be processed on, 9/1. This includes paid in full.
- Note the due dates that are listed on the first page of the registration packet. If you miss the first deadline, a $50 late fee will be assessed. If you miss the second deadline, your child will not be able to participate in the before/after school program the first week of school.
Please note that any forms received during the school year will require a one week delay to start. Start dates will be given when forms are recevied.
We enroll on a first come, first serve basis. There is a maximum amount of students allowed in the program each day, therefore a limit is set. If a limit is met, a waiting list will be created and if participants withdraw from the program, you will be placed in the program in the order your forms were received.
