Before and After School Registration Forms
The A.C.E. Before and After School registration is now underway for the 2018-2019 school year.
We are pleased to announce once again, we have not raised the monthly rates. We are still offering tier pricing and you can pay in full (based on 10 months) and receive a 10% discount. Please see policies in the parent handbook.
In order for your application to be processed, the following must be submitted with the completed registration packet:
– Registration fee (annual fee, one per family) and September’s tuition. Initial payments are due by check or credit card and payable to: RVEF.
– Forms must be mailed or hand-delivered to: RVEF C/O ACE 801 River Vale Rd. River Vale, NJ 07675. No faxed or scanned forms will be accepted!
– Please pay close attention to the deadlines. The first deadline is July 20, 2018, to avoid a $50 late fee. The second is August 17, 2018, this deadline is the date required to get your forms in to start the first day of school.
We enroll on a first come, first serve basis. There is a maximum amount of students allowed in the program each day, therefore a limit is set. If a limit is met, a waiting list will be created and if participants withdraw from the program, you will be placed in the program in the order your forms were received.
